The SKIOLD TransPork wire is at the heart of the system, designed to ensure reliable feed transport with high hygiene standards. A strong, elastic rubber coating between the discs reduces friction, absorbs noise, and prevents metal splinters from entering the feed. Wear on the wire and other components is further reduced by the TransPork drive wheel, pulling force directly through the centre of the wire.
When combined with control systems such as TP0M, MultiPork and Distriwin, Transpork installations can operate manually, semi‑automatically or fully automatically. They handle phase feeding with multiple mixtures and support simple and advanced feeding strategies with precise and consistent dosing.
