When processing straw it is a given fact the odd spark will be produced within the milling chamber. For that extreme chance of a spark continuing through the line and causing a fire we offer a spark detection and suppression solution. We install an infra red sensor within the mill line to detect a heat source.

We then use a combination of compressed air and water to spray/douse a spark or saturate the line should a constant heat source be detected. Having this solution installed on a straw line gives you extra peace of mind and also helps keep insurance to a minimum.
