We have installed a Jema Dry Pit Intake, Elevator and conveying system to move cattle diet feed from a Keenan diet feed mixer with the ability to un-load via a remote control key fob into 4 separate bunkers and then out of the building to fill into lorry's.
Sited next to the intake pit the Keenan mixer directly out-loads into the 100tph Jema Dy Pit Intake some 2.5 metres deep, this then empty's onto a belt conveyor ferrying the product into an elevator carrying it up and into the top conveyor which can be operated by remote control as to which of the 4 bunkers it's emptying into, the conveyor continues out through the side of the barn to enable the loading of lorry's in the yard.
