We have just supplied and installed a Cormall system to process 4-5T p/hr of wheat/rape straw for animal bedding.
We supplied a Cormall Straw Processing System which takes material in and combines multiple stages of breakdown to give an even controlled flow of material to the hammer mill. We then expanded on his existing straw cleaning by adding a DEU (Dust Extraction Unit) to provide a superior clean product to his baler. The material which we clean is then taken over to his pelleting line where it meets another system we upgraded in May to boost his “crumb” production meaning no waste material is left from his straw intake.
