We had the pleasure of installing another Rekord Floor Stirrer this time in a grain store in Shropshire
This was an interesting installation at a local poultry farm. The customer uses heat and energy produced from burning Chicken Guano to both warm their chicken houses and to dry their grain via an air tunnel and laterals, the grain is then milled and the grist used as feed for the poultry.
As with our other Rekord Floor stirrer installations this involved our engineers installing the metalwork & rails either side of the grain store and manufacturing the stirrer beam in our workshops to the required size and then installing and commissioning the system on site.
