Beat The Combine
|
At Danagri-3S, we believe in a process we call BEAT THE COMBINE - grain is taken straight off the field and straight into a drying silo with stirrer for fast drying. On many farms, drying the grain to ensure that it remains at its best can be the bottleneck in the harvesting and storing system.
Today's combines have ever increasing outputs and are surging towards the 100 tonnes/hour capacity rate. Our silo systems are designed to cope with these output speeds and more.
 Danagri-3S supplies a range of storage solutions for grain:
Round Silos, Square Silos, Hopper Bottomed Silos, Drying Systems & Stirrers as well as complementary Aeration and Filling & Emptying Systems.
The world renowned DMC range of In-bin Stirrers, supplied by Danagri-3S, is available for silos up to 48' diameter. This stirring system has been developed and perfected by DMC for use with wheat, barley, rice or maize and ensures that all grains within the bin receive the same amount of stirring to achieve an even moisture content.  To get the grain to the silos, or to move it between or out of them, Danagri-3S supplies a wide range of grain handling equipment; from Belt & Bucket Elevators, to Chain Conveyors/Elevators, Belt Conveyors, Chain Loop Systems and Floor Store Systems, as well as a wide range of Auger Systems. Wherever or whatever you need to move around the farm, Danagri-3S will supply the right equipment to suit your needs.
 Cleaning the grain is important to its quality: removing foreign bodies, weed seeds and other rubbish picked up from the field. A full range Grain Cleaners is available to suit every need, with quality equipment and machinery from Damas.

Whenever Danagri-3S is called onto farm, one of the most important features of our service is how to fit equipment and machinery into existing buildings, or where to position them if they are for outdoor use. The experience of the team is an invaluable asset to our customers: help and advice on all aspects of the operation is freely given. To add to this service, we offer a free planning and design service as part of our overall package to our customers. This helps us to ensure that the equipment and machinery that we supply is utilised as efficiently as possible within the space available. Very often we arrive on farm with a seemingly difficult task of fitting equipment into small spaces. With our experience and knowledge of this environment, we plan and design the process to demonstrate how we provide the solution to installation in very tight spaces. This process ensures that we work more closely with our customers to ensure that they receive the best equipment and machinery available that meets their needs to the full.
